Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests warmly; build rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling and merchandising advice; assemble complete looks and suggest complementary add‑ons to elevate customer purchases.
- Drive sales through storytelling, consultative selling and strong customer follow-up to encourage repeat visitation.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including inventory handling, organization and replenishment.
- Adapt presentation and selling approach for omni-channel and virtual interactions; promote social and digital touchpoints when appropriate.
- Perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift ~25 lbs; occasional lifts up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel as needed).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior retail experience with exposure to high-touch, customer-facing environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to adopt omni-channel/virtual selling techniques.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required, with demonstrated ability to meet sales objectives and provide consultative styling. Experience in luxury or lifestyle brands and familiarity with omni-channel selling preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
