Coach (Tapestry) seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Cherry Hill, NJ—temporary retail role delivering luxury client service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling: use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and development of personal sales plans.
- Complete daily operational duties including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain an organized, visually compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
- Maintain a professional, calm demeanor while working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and peak retail periods; regularly lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop for retail tasks.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie‑talkie communications.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Social‑media savvy with preferred experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high‑traffic retail days.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; ability to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Minimum of 1+ year of sales or retail experience; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of related education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail/vocational training preferred.
