Coach Sales Associate — Changsha, China. Luxury retail role at Changsha IFS delivering personalised client service and omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach service and style standards on the sales floor.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships via personalised styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Source new customers, execute timely follow‑ups and close sales across in‑store and omnichannel touchpoints (including online pickup).
- Maintain high energy and service standards while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business priorities.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (sales, returns, exchanges), inventory receipt and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and merchandised; adhere to POS procedures, retail policies and asset protection requirements.
- Support inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement) and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional, calm conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven competence with POS operation and mobile selling devices (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop).
- Familiarity with clienteling practices and data capture to build client files.
- Comfortable with social selling formats—short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and use basic retail communications equipment (e.g., walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Capacity to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic retail environment and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omnichannel selling or social/live‑stream commerce is preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.
