Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Castle Rock, Colorado. Competitive hourly pay $15–$24.25/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated luxury service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, fulfill online pickups and capture client data.
  • Use social selling and short-form video/live-streaming to engage customers and acquire new clients.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain showroom and stockroom standards; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and foster a trust-based team environment.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs and maintain a professional, calm demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); basic computer proficiency required.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream demonstrations preferred.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred.
