Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short‑form video — to capture customer data and convert sales (including online order pickups and live‑stream demos).
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges), manage cash wrap, receive and process inventory, replenish stock, and support cycle counts.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and a polished sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
  • Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas.
  • Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store initiatives; accept feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad or laptop; comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays; ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
