Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate at Coach Castel Romano Outlet, Italy. Deliver personalised luxury service and drive omni‑channel sales for Tapestry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and fashion advice to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert interactions.
  • Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
  • Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking product and managing product movement across the salesfloor and stockroom.
  • Collaborate with teammates, assist across functional areas, and contribute to a trust-based team environment and brand initiatives.
  • Participate in training programmes, inclusion activities and accept feedback to continuously improve service and selling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices.
  • Familiarity with clienteling and data-acquisition techniques; social media savvy with experience in video demos or live-stream shopping is a plus.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and operate store communications equipment such as walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency required for EU operations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal days and public holidays.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or with omni‑channel selling and clienteling tools is preferred. Experience with live‑stream shopping or video product demonstrations is advantageous.

Education

No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A combination of relevant retail education and practical experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Castel Romano, Lazio, Italy, with easy access to Rome.
