Coach (Tapestry) hiring a part‑time Sales Associate in Carmel, California — deliver luxury client service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized client service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, tailored recommendations and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, BOPIS/online pickups).
- Use clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream demos to capture customer data and expand engagement.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining sales floor/stockroom standards.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset‑protection protocols while assisting teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays; maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and execute personal sales plans; strong customer focus.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with mobile POS.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream shopping (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium fashion retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
