Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and establish rapport; demonstrate strong product knowledge across categories.
- Provide consultative styling and personal-shopping advice to create complete looks and encourage add-on sales.
- Drive sales performance through storytelling, customer connection, and proactive follow-up.
- Execute seamless point-of-sale transactions and ensure operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Employ omni-channel selling skills, including virtual and social-media-assisted engagement, to meet customer needs.
- Maintain stockroom organization, assist with inventory handling and merchandising, and support loss-prevention practices.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays; lift and move merchandise as required.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication ability.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience with fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands preferred.
- Comfort with omni-channel and virtual selling methods; social media awareness and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stockroom.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required; experience selling fashion or lifestyle brands and a track record of meeting sales targets is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in fashion, merchandising, or retail is a plus.
