Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling, product expertise, and targeted follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omni-channel opportunities.
- Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), operate cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset-protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Minimum of one year of sales experience, with preference given to candidates with prior luxury retail or branded boutique experience and demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Calhoun, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
