Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the on‑floor ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Create personalised client experiences through styling, product storytelling and expert fashion advice to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
  • Drive revenue by executing cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
  • Develop and follow a personal sales plan, proactively source new customers and conduct timely follow‑up to close sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organised and compliant with POS and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities while demonstrating receptiveness to feedback and professional composure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic computing (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkie.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Familiarity with clienteling, data acquisition and social selling techniques; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Able to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
