Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (part-time) in Calgary, Alberta to deliver luxury retail and omni-channel client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile and fixed POS, process purchases/returns/exchanges and manage online order pickups efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements into sales.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organization and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and to develop personal sales plans.
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Familiarity with clienteling and data-acquisition practices; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a sales-floor and stockroom environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury-retail experience and demonstrated success with omni-channel or social selling initiatives are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
