Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Calgary, Alberta (Chinook Centre). Join the retail team delivering omnichannel luxury service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Complete daily operational duties: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom presentation: price tags, visual merchandising, stock organization and asset protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention protocols; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Sustain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behavior professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Social-media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and building repeat clientele is desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary study in retail, fashion, business or related field considered an asset. Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
