Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and establish rapport; demonstrate thorough product knowledge across categories.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand customers’ aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
• Provide personalized styling advice and assemble complete looks, suggesting complementary products and add-ons.
• Showcase multiple ways to wear and integrate products to inspire exploration of new styles.
• Support customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions and inventory organization.
• Drive sales through storytelling and by building lasting customer connections; invite repeat visits.
• Give and receive constructive feedback to support continuous improvement and team performance.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior retail experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omnichannel/virtual selling techniques.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling on the sales floor.

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in a retail environment with demonstrable sales performance; clienteling or styling experience and familiarity with omnichannel selling are strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or styling coursework preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
