Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product expertise and fashion advice to build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source new customers, follow up to close sales and maintain ongoing client communications.
  • Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, execute visual merchandising and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and shipment processing; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours while maintaining a professional demeanour.
  • Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies for in-store communication.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; frequent bending, climbing and stockroom maneuvering.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales, with prior luxury retail or high-end customer service experience preferred. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools, and familiarity with social/live selling formats is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or fashion-related training is beneficial.
