Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Burlington, Ontario — client-facing retail role at Mapleview Shopping Centre requiring mobile POS and clienteling skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach styling and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert leads.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and participate in inventory cycles.
- Maintain floor and stockroom presentation and organization; support visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating customer volumes and collaborate across functions to support teammates and store initiatives.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion programs and ongoing performance feedback; maintain professional composure and physical capability for retail tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to engage in live-stream shopping, video demonstrations and social selling.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and familiarity with clienteling, social selling or live-stream shopping are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, merchandising or related fields is an asset. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
