Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences through styling advice, product expertise and active listening to build long‑term relationships.
- Drive sales performance through client acquisition, cross‑selling, upselling and follow‑up to convert opportunities into purchases.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools (mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short‑form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat business.
- Execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards, ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; share product and market feedback with store leadership.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Adhere to POS and asset protection procedures while safely handling product and store equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop devices in a selling environment.
- Social selling and clienteling experience, including live‑streaming or video demonstration familiarity (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English proficiency.

Experience
Minimum one year of sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and clienteling are preferred. A combination of retail education and practical experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related coursework or certifications are advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
