Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with confident, brand-led hospitality; demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice, curate complete looks and suggest add-on items to maximise customer satisfaction and average sale.
- Use creative merchandising and styling techniques to showcase multiple ways to wear products and inspire product discovery.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, storytelling and building long-term customer relationships.
- Execute POS transactions accurately and maintain operational excellence — including stockroom organisation, inventory replenishment and visual standards.
- Support omni-channel selling and virtual selling interactions as required.
- Ensure a seamless checkout experience and reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience; demonstrated history of delivering sales targets and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (local language proficiency per market acceptable).
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and manoeuvre across the sales floor and stockroom.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic retail days and public holidays.
- Demonstrates Tapestry competencies such as creativity, customer focus, drive for results, interpersonal savvy and comfort with ambiguity.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; experience in fashion or accessories retail and consultative styling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Branson, Missouri, USA, with easy access to Springfield.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
