Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering personalized, elevated client experiences in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools; capture client data and leverage social selling and short-form video to convert and retain customers.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain an organized, compliant sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support team performance by assisting across functional areas, participating in trainings and brand initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and use basic retail communications (walkie-talkie).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise (regularly up to 25 lb, occasionally up to 50 lb), climb, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or brand experience and demonstrable clienteling or social-commerce activity are preferred.
Education
No specific degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
