Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations based on customer needs
- Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up proactively to close sales
- Maintain high energy and momentum on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions and adapting selling techniques to business requirements
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked in adherence with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS applications)
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read and interpret price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury fashion or premium consumer goods environment is strongly preferred. Previous experience in customer-facing roles that required building lasting relationships and exceeding sales targets would be advantageous.
