Kate Spade New York seeks a Sales Associate in Bicester, UK — part-time role focused on styling, customer engagement and driving sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with confident product knowledge; act as a trusted stylist to discover and express each customer’s personal style.
- Provide tailored styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
- Deliver a seamless transactional experience including POS operations and checkout facilitation.
- Maintain merchandise presentation and stockroom organisation to support visual standards and availability.
- Use creativity and storytelling to showcase multiple ways to wear products and to drive repeat visits.
- Adopt omni-channel and virtual selling techniques where applicable and support brand social engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience selling fashion or accessories preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English (or local market language as applicable).

Experience
Prior retail selling experience is required; candidates with experience in fashion or accessories retail and a track record of meeting sales targets will be preferred.
