Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and attainment of individual and store KPIs; develop and action personal sales plans.
- Manage transactions accurately and efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pick‑ups) and perform daily cash‑wrap duties.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish the salesfloor and maintain stockroom organisation.
- Maintain showroom standards—keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and fully merchandised; adhere to asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic and business priorities while managing multiple customers with high energy and professionalism.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store events; provide and receive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support seamless store operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer‑focused with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working with mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms
- Reliable and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Strong numeracy and cash‑handling accuracy; familiarity with basic retail inventory processes

Skills
Experience
Previous customer‑facing or retail sales experience, ideally within fashion, luxury or premium retail; demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion‑related qualification advantageous.
