Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Bellevue, WA to deliver personalized luxury retail service and omnichannel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations; develop and pursue personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-streaming) to capture client data and drive repeat business.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Maintain a well-organized, stocked and visually compliant sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and promote a high-energy, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans; strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Comfortable with social selling and video-led demonstrations (short-form video, live-stream shopping) is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; demonstrated success with POS systems, clienteling and hitting sales KPIs. Experience with social selling or live-stream/video demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
