Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the brand, consistently upholding Coach’s style and service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Use Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet assigned KPIs.
- Source new customers, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into purchases.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional service.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain store presentation, follow POS and asset protection procedures, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour accordingly.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays, as required by business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; comfortable with iPad and laptop tools.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, perform clienteling and acquire customer data.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lb; up to 50 lb occasionally; climb, bend, kneel).
- Strong spoken English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury‑retail experience is preferred. Experience operating POS/Mobile POS systems, clienteling and social selling activities is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia, with easy access to Kuala Lumpur.
