Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales via cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short‑form video; capture customer data to support repeat purchases.
- Perform daily store operations including efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, and adherence to asset protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock, and maintain organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and assist teammates across functional areas to sustain a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competency with POS operations and basic computer/device proficiency (iPad, laptop, mobile POS); familiarity with clienteling tools and social selling platforms preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail and who can demonstrate omni‑channel selling, clienteling, or social/live‑stream selling experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail or merchandising training or a combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
