Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Austin, Texas (The Domain) to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering an elevated, personalised luxury shopping experience in accordance with Coach service and style standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling systems and social selling (including short-form video) — to capture customer data and convert traffic to sales.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently while adhering to asset-protection protocols.
- Perform daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and cyclical inventory activities.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, multitask across customer interactions, and adapt selling approach to shifting business needs.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and trainings, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
- Comply with health and safety requirements and perform physical tasks as required (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
- Comfortable using clienteling tools, social selling platforms and, preferably, live-stream shopping or video demo formats.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift, carry and handle merchandise as described and to perform typical retail physical duties.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail exposure and experience using POS, mobile clienteling tools and social/live-stream selling formats are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail/sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
