Kate Spade New York — Retail Stylist (part-time, temporary) in Aurora, Ohio. Provide styling, client service and sales at Aurora Farms Premium Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, applying deep product knowledge to guide selections and build rapport.
- Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to drive add-on sales.
- Demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers’ wardrobes to inspire repeat visits.
- Execute transactions and maintain operational standards, including POS accuracy, stockroom organisation and visual presentation.
- Support omni-channel selling initiatives and digital/virtual client interactions when required.
- Meet store performance goals through storytelling, relationship building and proactive follow-up.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior retail experience in a customer-facing role.
- Comfort with social media and willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping periods.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail environment is required; demonstrated track record of client engagement and sales performance is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising, or retail is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
