Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Aurora, Ohio (Aurora Farms Premium Outlets). Join Coach to deliver elevated, omni-channel retail service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social-selling techniques (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture customer data and convert traffic.
- Provide efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain store standards for presentation, asset protection and loss-prevention policies; perform physical tasks such as lifting and merchandising as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and welcome feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and basic retail reporting (price/release sheets).
- Proven ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (and up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom.
- Demonstrable customer focus, strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage multiple customers concurrently.
- Social-media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or short-form video preferred.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail and omni‑channel selling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
