Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across categories.
- Provide personalised styling advice and create complete looks that integrate Kate Spade product into customers’ wardrobes.
- Drive sales through storytelling, effective recommendations, add-on selling and proactive clienteling.
- Deliver seamless checkout and POS transactions; maintain operational excellence in stockroom organization and visual presentation.
- Adopt omni-channel selling behaviours including virtual styling and social engagement to extend the customer relationship.
- Work a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, busy season and high-traffic retail days; perform routine physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment with a proven ability to meet sales objectives.
- Comfort with multitasking, prioritising and collaborating within a high-energy team.
- English language proficiency (or local market language as required).
- Willingness to learn omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and use social media for client engagement.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical retail duties.

Experience
Prior retail experience is required, with demonstrated selling ability and customer-facing service; experience in styling or personal-shopping is strongly preferred.
Education
