Coach seeks a Sales Associate in Auburn Hills, MI to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel sales and clienteling at Great Lakes Crossing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles, participate in brand initiatives and training, and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with short‑form video/live‑stream shopping, video demos, clienteling and data acquisition.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail or premium brands preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and execute omni‑channel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
