Coach in Atlantic City, NJ seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated, omnichannel luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Source new customers and execute follow-up to convert leads and close sales.
- Maintain high energy and service standards on the sales floor while managing multiple clients and adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked; follow POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support inventory cycles (receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement).
- Support teammates across functions, participate in brand initiatives and training programs, and contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems; proficiency with mobile POS and basic computer tools (iPad, laptop).
- Experience with clienteling, data acquisition and social/live-stream selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated track record meeting sales KPIs and using omnichannel selling tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to Philadelphia.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
