Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised styling advice and create complete looks that incorporate Kate Spade products into customers' wardrobes.
- Engage guests warmly, listen to needs, ask insightful questions and guide purchase decisions to build long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales through storytelling, product knowledge across categories and suggestive selling of add-on items.
- Execute omnichannel selling and virtual/remote client interactions when needed, including social media-driven engagement.
- Maintain operational excellence: manage POS transactions, organise the stockroom, execute inventory tasks and floor replenishment.
- Support a seamless checkout experience and reinforce customer choices to encourage repeat visits.
- Adhere to physical requirements of the role, including safe lifting (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and mobility across the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; experience in styling or personal shopping preferred.
- Comfort with omnichannel retail operations and willingness to learn virtual selling techniques.
- Social media awareness and ability to use digital channels to engage clients.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, high-season and public holidays.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; candidates should be comfortable recommending complete looks and driving transactions while supporting omnichannel client interactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework or certificates in retail, fashion merchandising or related fields advantageous.
