Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Alpine, CA (Viejas). Deliver luxury client service and omnichannel selling for Coach at the retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Execute omnichannel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demonstrations) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and store policies.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas; participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Sustain a high-energy presence on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques to business needs, and accept constructive feedback professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling platforms.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Social-media savvy and experience with short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in a retail environment.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and will be considered highly relevant.
Education
A combination of education and experience will be considered; high school diploma or equivalent typically expected.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
