Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Woodstock, Georgia to deliver luxury retail service and omni-channel selling for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated and personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social/short-form video platforms to capture data and convert interactions into sales.
  • Develop and follow personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs; proactively source and follow up with new customers.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap duties, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Support stockroom organization and asset protection procedures; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors to sustain a professional environment.
  • Meet physical demands of the role, including regularly lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and moving merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and familiarity with mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop); basic computer literacy required.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow retail procedures including inventory cycles, cash handling and asset protection.
  • Strong English communication skills required.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to perform retail tasks (lifting, climbing, bending).
  • Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or product video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition experience.

Experience

At least one year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and advantageous.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
