Role & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, demonstrate strong product knowledge and build rapport to understand customer needs.
• Provide personalised styling advice, assemble complete looks and suggest complementary items to increase basket size.
• Use creativity to demonstrate multiple ways to wear and integrate Kate Spade products into customers' wardrobes.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience using POS systems.
• Drive sales through storytelling, maintain operational excellence including stockroom organisation and inventory handling.
• Participate in omnichannel selling activities and support virtual/remote customer interactions.
• Give and receive constructive feedback, collaborate with the store team and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Perform physically demanding tasks as required (regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (local language proficiency per market where applicable).
• Ability to perform required physical duties and work a flexible schedule.

Experience

Prior retail experience is required; candidates should demonstrate professional selling skills, customer-focused storytelling and familiarity or willingness to learn omnichannel and virtual selling techniques.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
