Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive and process inventory, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain floor and stockroom standards: organization, replenishment and adherence to asset-protection and POS procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS workflows.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies for in-store communication.
  • Social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live‑stream shopping or product video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop client relationships is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certification in retail, customer service or fashion is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
