Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets) to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations.
- Operate mobile POS and traditional POS systems, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently and accurately.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture client data and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain floor and stockroom standards: cleanliness, organization, inventory accuracy and adherence to asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak selling periods and public holidays; perform physical tasks (regularly lift ~25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience with POS operation and familiarity with mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop).
- Demonstrated clienteling ability and experience acquiring and maintaining customer data.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social-media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a professional, calm demeanor under pressure.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate store and stockroom spaces.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, retail or customer-facing roles; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and on-the-job experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
