Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, Coach‑standard customer service and personalised clientelling to cultivate lasting relationships and drive conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Execute daily store operational tasks, including stock handling, merchandising standards and point‑of‑sale procedures.
- Ensure clear, professional communication with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to support seamless operations.
- Maintain on‑brand visual presentation and product knowledge to represent Coach’s aesthetic and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years’ retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within an upscale or international brand.
- Professional, courteous demeanour with a proactive, target‑driven approach to selling.
- Strong verbal communication skills and proven ability to work effectively within a team.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of direct retail or luxury sales experience, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and familiarity with high‑touch client service.
Education
Associate degree (college diploma) or above.
