Coach is hiring a Sales Advisor in Hohhot, China (Hohhot Mixc). Full-time retail role for an experienced luxury sales professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-standard customer service and personalised client experiences on the sales floor.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Perform daily store operations including visual standards, stock replenishment, inventory control and point-of-sale transactions.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective clienteling and follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with team members, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth store performance.
- Represent the brand with professional presentation and product knowledge, advising clients on leather goods and accessories.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
- Minimum two years of retail or luxury sales experience.
- Polite, sincere and proactive attitude with strong sales acumen.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and maintain high service standards.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail or the luxury goods sector, with proven sales results and client relationship management.
Education
Associate degree or higher.
