Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach standards of style and customer service.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships.
  • Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling and targeted recommendations to meet KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and promote repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily operational duties: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfilment/pickups).
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a well-organised, clean sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions and participate in brand trainings, initiatives and inclusion activities.
  • Adapt selling techniques to changing business needs and maintain a calm, professional demeanour under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and using mobile devices (iPad/laptop) in a retail environment.
  • Demonstrable social selling experience, preferably with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Comfort using walkie-talkies, reading price/release sheets and executing inventory procedures.
  • Clienteling and data-acquisition skills to develop and maintain customer relationships.

Experience
