Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Sales Consultant in Dalian Pavilion Shopping Center, China — join Coach to deliver luxury client service and exceed sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-standard customer service to luxury clientele and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and personalised clienteling
- Execute daily store operations, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale procedures
- Maintain visual and product presentation standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, store leadership and external partners to ensure smooth store functioning
Qualifications
- Associate degree (专科) or higher
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or luxury goods sales
- Polite, proactive demeanour with demonstrable retail sales ability
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within a boutique or department store environment.
Education
Associate degree (专科) or above.
