Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection guidelines
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage colleague performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviours professionally, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS systems
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price sheets and release documents
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and public holidays as required
Skills
Experience
Sales or customer service experience in a luxury retail or premium lifestyle environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic, high-volume setting is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or luxury goods certification is advantageous but not essential.
