Coach in Austin, Texas is hiring a part-time Sales Associate at The Domain to deliver luxury service, omnichannel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and effective follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video to capture customer data and generate demand.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and cash wrap duties.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor; manage multiple customers and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs.
  • Support asset protection procedures and keep sales floor and stockroom organised and stocked.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a stockroom and sales floor environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

Minimum of one year in a sales role; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail, social selling or live‑stream shopping is preferred. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be accepted.
