Coach seeks Safety Officer in Seoul to lead EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety culture initiatives across operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and implement EHS policies and structures based on comprehensive field assessments
- Lead and manage holistic EHS programs while ensuring compliance with local and national safety regulations
- Identify risks and conduct regular safety inspections across all operational sites
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Develop and deliver tailored safety training programs for employees and managers
- Drive safety culture initiatives and employee engagement across the organization
- Manage contractor safety protocols and oversee high-risk work activities
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of professional experience in EHS or safety management
- Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record in incident investigation and risk assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioral change
- ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Background in retail or FMCG sector advantageous

Experience
5–10 years of solid professional experience in EHS or safety management, with demonstrated expertise in incident investigation, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Experience working in fast-paced organizational environments and in retail or FMCG industries is advantageous. Hands-on, practical problem-solving approach is essential.
