Coach seeks an RT&D Intern in Seoul (Korea Corporate Office) to support product development, technical packs and materials research.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Research, Technology & Development team in executing seasonal product development from concept through to production readiness.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of technical packs, specifications and size charts; ensure accuracy of measurement and construction details.
  • Coordinate sample creation, fittings and revisions with internal teams and external suppliers; track sample status and update PLM or development trackers.
  • Conduct materials research and testing (fabrics, trims, hardware); compile findings and recommend solutions for performance and cost.
  • Prepare and maintain development documentation, lab dip and trim approvals, and quality checkpoints; support cross‑functional communications with merchandising, sourcing and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Apparel Technology, Industrial Design or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of garment construction, fabrics and trims; familiarity with measurement and spec conventions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple development tasks and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Experience
