Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Retail Training & Development Assistant in Seoul to support store learning, onboarding and training programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, localisation and delivery of retail training programmes and onboarding for stores within the Korea market.
- Coordinate the local learning calendar, scheduling workshops, in-store sessions and e-learning, and communicate logistics to store managers and participants.
- Adapt and translate corporate training materials to ensure cultural and operational relevance for local teams.
- Administer and maintain the learning management system (LMS); enrol learners, track course completion and generate training reports and metrics.
- Assist in the creation of training media including presentations, facilitator guides, role-play scenarios and assessment tools.
- Facilitate workshops and classroom sessions as required and provide on-the-floor coaching support to sales teams.
- Liaise with regional HR, store leadership and external vendors to ensure seamless programme execution and quality control.
- Maintain accurate training records, produce regular dashboards, and recommend improvements based on performance data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven organisational ability with attention to detail in planning and executing training activities.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable delivering to small and large groups.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally with store and corporate teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and adapting materials for local market needs.

Experience
Approximately 1–3 years of experience in retail learning & development, store training, HR or a related training role; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail operations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or equivalent experience.
