Role & Responsibilities
- Drive personal and store sales performance to achieve KPIs; analyse metrics and implement corrective actions and best practices to optimise results.
- Provide visible, high-energy floor leadership and model kate spade service behaviours to elevate customer experience and conversion.
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach, loyalty development and VIP retention initiatives.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing performance feedback.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding duties.
- Maintain inventory integrity: process POS transactions, manage transfers/receiving/shipments, supervise stockroom organisation and replenishment.
- Lead omni-channel and virtual selling efforts, including live-stream shopping, clienteling, customer data capture and brand-safe social media engagement.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss prevention protocols and health & safety requirements; perform physical tasks as needed (lifting, stocking).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Proven coaching and people-development capability with experience providing actionable feedback and driving team results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; comfortable using POS and clienteling systems.
- Social media literacy and familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools; strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years in a retail service environment in a supervisory or floor leadership capacity; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of education and demonstrable retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business or related fields or relevant certifications preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
