Kate Spade New York seeks a Retail Supervisor in Nashville, TN (The Mall at Green Hills) to lead sales, clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor to achieve individual and store KPIs; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Model and coach kate spade service behaviors; drive client development through proactive outreach, VIP retention and after-sales service.
- Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, bank deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, receiving, transfers, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organized stockroom and timely replenishment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training; provide constructive feedback and advocate for team development.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping), lead customer data capture and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role; luxury/premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Social media literacy and familiarity with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 2 years of progressive retail experience in a supervisory or floor leadership capacity; experience within luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework or credentials in retail, business or related fields preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
