Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model exceptional customer service and selling behaviours to drive personal and team sales performance against KPIs.
- Coach, develop and provide performance feedback to sales associates; support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
- Create and execute proactive client outreach and data capture to grow loyalty, repeat purchases and VIP retention.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, register operations and key-holding responsibilities.
- Manage inventory integrity: process POS transactions, transfers, receiving, shipments, repairs and damages; maintain an organized stockroom and timely replenishment.
- Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives (including live-stream shopping) and promote brand-safe social media engagement.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards, loss-prevention procedures and health & safety requirements while fostering an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail service experience in a management or floor leadership role; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated social media literacy and familiarity with platform trends.
- Comfortable using omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least two years in a retail supervisory or floor leadership role; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. Candidate should have demonstrable success in meeting sales KPIs, coaching staff, and executing operational tasks.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or a degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
