Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth and expert product knowledge; act as a trusted styling advisor to identify and refine each client’s personal aesthetic.
- Deliver tailored styling recommendations and assemble complete looks, suggesting add‑ons and alternate ways to wear key pieces to increase basket size.
- Drive sales through storytelling and strong customer relationships; guide and close purchase decisions while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Support omni‑channel selling and virtual/remote client interactions when required.
- Maintain operational excellence on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including POS transactions, inventory replenishment and visual presentation.
- Contribute constructive feedback within the team; support peak trading periods, promotions and events; adhere to physical requirements including regular lifting of up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a retail environment; demonstrated ability to meet sales goals through customer engagement.
- Comfortable multitasking and collaborating in a team; adaptable to changing priorities and busy trading periods.
- Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni‑channel and virtual selling techniques.
- English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market); ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Prior retail experience with demonstrated professional selling skills; experience with omni‑channel or virtual selling is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary coursework or degree in fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
