Kate Spade New York is hiring a Part-time Retail Stylist (Temporary Associate) in Toronto, ON to advise customers and drive sales of lifestyle collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, build rapport and deliver personalised styling consultations to help customers select products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle.
- Create complete looks by suggesting add-ons and demonstrating multiple ways to wear product to increase basket size and drive sales.
- Deliver a seamless checkout experience and maintain operational excellence at the point-of-sale.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, manage inventory on the sales floor and support visual presentation standards.
- Adopt omni-channel/virtual selling techniques and engage customers through social media and digital touchpoints when required.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays; perform light-to-moderate physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing sales or styling role.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Comfort with omni-channel selling, social media engagement and learning virtual selling tools.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required; demonstrated experience providing styling advice or consultative sales is preferred. No specific years of experience are mandated in the source.
